Northwood, one of the leading estates and letting agent in UK is looking for a confident outgoing individual with the ability to multitask and work well within a team environment.
Good IT skills is essential and training will be given on all aspects of the property sales within the office.
Working days will be Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm and one Saturday per month. Previous experience in estate agency is required for this position.Summary of Responsibilities
The purpose of this job is to successfully facilitate the buying & selling of residential properties in sufficient quantity to meet agreed performance targets whilst advancing the service standards of the Company.
Working as part of a busy team, this involves liaison with other functions in the branch in order to maximise the number of residential properties for sale & let by Northwood whilst, at the same time, maintaining a high standard of Best Practice and compliance with all current law relating to Data Storage and the Residential Sales & Lettings Practice.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to effectively match them with suitable properties.
- To register vendors/buyers enquiries and contribute to an effective database of customers.
- To request and record accurately client details.
- To deal with the above with discretion at all times.
- To create properties listings, including photographs, descriptions, and other pertinent details
- To arrange and accompany viewings.
- To negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers and keep all parties informed of developments.
- To assist client coordinate with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other professionals
- To store all information on the provided IT system in accordance with the Data Protection Act 199
- To manage the archiving process
- To undertake other duties as requested and attend training to a satisfactory standard where required to do so
