Tradewind Recruitment Cardiff are on the hunt for a passionate Teaching Assistant to work 1-1 as well as classroom support in schools in and around Caerphilly.

We offer certified courses which cover a wide range of topics and are certified too.

Not onlydo we have our CPD courses, but we also have an in-house TA School that is filled with all the info you need before going into the classroom.

In this role, you are required to:

  • work 1-1 with children, ensuring they reach maximum potential
- creating learning resources
- checking pupils' work and providing feedback
- supporting pupils with learning difficulties or disabilities
- prepare the classroom before lessons


The school ensures that each student reaches their maximum potential by providing engaging and interactive lessons, and always encourage questions throughout the lessons.

It has amazing transport links with a bus stop nearby as well as parking if you drive.

To be shortlisted for this role, you must have the following:

  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, EWC, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history wherever possible
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Attend our TA School (if applicable)
