Due to the growth and expansion of the Lovell South West & Wales region, we have an opportunity for a committed
Quality Manager to join us at our regional head office in Cardiff, covering the South West & Wales.
As
Quality Manager, reporting to our Regional Operations Director, you will develop and implement quality best practice, ensuring Lovell and those working with us comply with current quality, industry, and Lovell standards.
You will promote standards in line with our Quality Assurance System and policies as required under our service delivery process.
Above all you will have excellent communication and organisational skills, an understanding of good customer service skills, and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
