Due to our continued growth & expansion a position has become available to join our direct sales team ready to start 2024.

This is an
exciting opportunity for either an experienced sales professional looking for their next challenge or somebody with a suitable skillset looking to step up into a sales role.

We supply & fit high quality resin-bound driveways/patios, and associated products. We cover the entire Midlands domestic marketplace, so need individuals to cover prequalified appointments within their local postcodes.

The successful applicant will be ambitious, self motivated & professional.

You would be required to travel a reasonable distance to see potential customers (so a Full UK driving licence & transport is essential) & work semi antisocial hours (including evenings & Saturdays).

In return you will receive enough pre-qualified appointments for you to smash your personal target, as much
support & training as you require whilst you settle into your new role, a
friendly working environment with a company who
values & respects you, and a
fantastic pay deal made up of a modest basic wage on top of a generous commission structure based on sales.

There will also be long term career progression as we will be looking to promote the right individual into a management role in early Summer 2024.

We would expect a new starter to
realistically achieve an on target wage of around
25k-32k and then
increase their income as they gain experience & develop into the role.

Our top performers are currently achieving
£80k+ as well as winning plenty of
incentives & competitions along the way

Salary:
£28,105.00-£88,358.00 per year
