Senior Research Software Development Engineer


As the Senior Research Software Development Engineer, you'll be in the prime position to impact the design of this exciting new storage system by supporting the development of the software driving the system.


Working with a global business and technology leader, innovating in research and development to shape the future of society at large.


We're working on developing a revolutionary new technique to store data in glass, you'll be focused on deep research and responsible for working on the software for the laser writer systems.


You'll be working closely with laser physicists, optical physicists, electronics engineers, and computer scientists working to build for the future.


  • Hybrid (50% in the Office)
  • 18 Months Contract Length
  • Competitive Rate (PAYE Contract)
Experience

  • Experience with C# / C++
  • Multithreaded coding experience.
  • Python Experience
  • Experience working in Research Setting
  • BA in Computer Science (Masters or PhD preferred)
