Shuttleworth ward is a 28 bedded Orthopaedic Unit specialising in Orthopaedic Trauma

About the role

The Orthopedic trauma team requires an experienced administration assistant to help support. This opportunity is especially exciting for someone who can provide clerical and administration support to the trauma team and customer care to patients This role therefore requires a highly motivated individual who can use initiative, manage their time and work well in the team, to follow policies procedures and quality standards to provide a professional and efficient administrative service

A person who can work on own initiative and as part of a team to provide an environment that focuses on the patient and their experience maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Our latest CQC report increased our ratings for being effective and well-led from 'Requires Improvement' to 'Good'. Our rating for caring remained as 'Good'.
