Description

We're looking for a Video Producer to join our team in London on a 6 month fixed term basis as part of our Content function.

The Video Producer will help the Video Creators in the London and global team to produce various types of social-first video including; interviews, social formats, sizzle reels, explainers, event coverage.

The Video Producer is a newly created role, reporting to the Production Lead in London to help manage the increased flow of video projects during the B2B events season.

Key Responsibilities- Receiving and processing briefs from key stakeholders- Kick off production with the in-house team and external freelancers- Organising schedules and timelines for filming, managing production meetings- Preparing and distributing briefing notes and scripts and storyboards- Booking studios, equipment, talent and staff for video productions- Clearing copyrights- Managing small and medium budgets for specific productions- Organising and ingesting footage for post-production as well as archiving

Your Experience- You would have previous experience organising video productions in either in-house corporate or film industry roles- Proven stakeholder management experience- Comfortable managing conflicting priorities and deadlines, ensuring a positive outcome with confident and concise communication- Scriptwriting and storyboarding skills are a plus- Please note: experience in videography or editing not required - some experience with mobile social filming will be a plus
