With one of the most successful enterprise zones in the country, Great Yarmouth is England's offshore energy hub and Norfolk's biggest seaside resort at the edge of the Broads National Park.

We are looking for an Estate Services Team Leader to join the Tenancy Services Team.


The tenancy services team is a busy customer facing service responsible for delivering tenancy management service to residents of over 5,700 Council homes across the borough from two area offices which each serve both urban and rural areas.


The Estate Services team are looking to recruit a new Estate Services Team Leader to investigate reports which negatively impact the tenants and residents on the Council's housing estates and supervise the Estate Services caretaking team, ensuring excellent services maintained.
