    The successful candidate will join a team of expert staff providing a range of planning and alternative dispute resolution services to clients.

    Job Summary

    This role is suitable for a Planner/ Delay professional with experience in live project controls work, and some delay analysis.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for specialising in dispute resolution work and gaining frequent exposure to forensic planning and delay analysis.

    Some experience in carrying out delay analysis is required, but full training can be given to develop skills in this area.

    Key Responsibilities

    As a Senior Consultant, you will work autonomously on projects, supporting senior delay experts in individual arbitration matters, and assisting clients in achieving their desired legal outcome.

    • Forensic analysis in alternative dispute resolution (ADR)
    • Clear and impartial evidence for tribunals (ADR)
    • Feasibility studies
    • Contract Administration
    • Control, manage and report contractual obligations from procurement to final account.
    • Determine schedules, monitor programmes, and understand risks.
    • Writing reports for negotiations and formal dispute resolution procedures.
    • Accurate assessments of progress
    • Assist in training graduate planners.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • 3+ years of experience as a construction project planner, with some delay analysis experience.
    • Experience of writing narratives
    • Pre and post contract Planning experience on large-scale, complex projects
    • Understanding and experience of proving entitlement for extensions of times (EOT) claims.
    • Exceptional writing skills and ability to contribute to reports using persuasive language.
    • An ambitious individual looking to drive business growth with the company's core values.

    Qualifications/Educational Requirements

    • Degree level education in a construction related field or similar equivalent qualification.
