About Our Client:
Our client develops creativity and culture for individuals to flourish in a high quality of cultural experiences within the Not-for-Profit industry. They support activities across the arts, museum, and libraries as well as music and dance.
The key responsibilities of a Finance Assistant
will include, but may not be limited to;
- Processing supplier invoices
- Monitoring procurement card usage
- Quality assessment process for expenses
- Raising receivable invoices and creating payment files
- Contribute to statutory financial returns
- Preparing legal paperwork to pursue debts
- All administrative duties
The Successful Applicant:
- Not for Profit and Charities background
- Ability to commute to Manchester
- Experience of working in a finance function
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to think strategically about complex issues
- To prioritise workload and work independently
