We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team and help us drive our marketing efforts to new heights.

As a Marketing Coordinator at Apex Prime Care, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives and campaigns.

You will work closely with our Recruitment and Operations Team to execute strategies, create compelling content, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor trends in the industry.
  • Collaborate with designers and agencies when necessary to develop engaging marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, and advertisements.
  • Help maintain the company website, ensuring content is uptodate, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate marketing events, job fairs, and other events, including logistics, promotion, and postevent followup.
  • Assist in analysing marketing data and preparing reports on campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Use metrics to help plan future campaigns.
  • Monitor and respond to customer enquiries and comments on platforms including our website live chat, social media, review sites, and more.
  • Contribute ideas for creative marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our marketing efforts.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:


  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Marketing role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced team environment.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creativity and a passion for staying uptodate with the latest marketing trends.
