Production / Warehouse Operative

TORQ is a highly innovative Sports Performance Nutrition brand, held in the highest regard by so many, for its unrivalled attention to detail.

TORQ was established in 1999 and has continued to expand both Nationally and Globally.

The role & responsibilities would be to assist with the smooth running of the Warehouse and Production area including general production, fulfilment and picking and packing of TORQ products as per the demand of Production Schedules and sales orders.

Your main tasks will be to ensure products are produced and packed in an efficient and timely manner to the highest possible quality standards whilst helping us to ensure that you and your colleagues are working in a safe and hygienic workplace.

Duties could include:

Picking and Packing orders
Goods in/Out
Assembly and fulfilment of smaller product lines
General production of bulk product lines
Updating IT systems to ensure accurate stock control
Complete paperwork ensuring a high level of accuracy
Ensure all health and safety regulations within the company are adhered to
General housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area

Knowledge and Skills:

Physical activity, some heavy manual lifting involved and you will be on your feet all day
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent time keeping and attendance
Be able to move between jobs easily
Have a proactive attitude and enjoy being busy
Fork lift license useful, but not essential

Full time hours :
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm

Starting Salary:
£10.50 per hour (35 hours)

IMMEDIATE START REQUIRED
