About the role

In this role, you will be based on-site in Shildon 3 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00 to 16:40.

As a Retail & E-commerce Assistant (internally referred to as Retail & Models Replenishment Assistant) you will support us in delivering high-quality customer service across our museum shop, our website, and at model shows and exhibitions.

You will have the opportunity to learn how we do it, learn about Locomotion Models, and the E-commerce & EPOS systems we use.

As a Retail & Models Replenishment Assistant, among supporting various operational needs, you will process orders, package and dispatch sales, and assist with stock management.

About you

You have the willingness to learn about the role and to enthusiastically work with colleagues. You possess good IT skills, and you're a dedicated learner.
