Position:
Day Support Worker - Residential Care Services


Location:
Deafway, Brockholes Brow, Preston, Lancashire


Pay rate:
£ £21197 depending on an NVQ 3 qualification


Contracted hours:
Working on a 12-hour rota with a 3 on 3 off shift pattern over a 6-week rolling rota you will support our residents on a 1-1 basis in many aspects of their life, from daily living skills to help fulfill their life goals


The role will involve providing practical, emotional, and social support to help our residents maintain their independence and achieve their goals.

Job Details:


  • 38.5 hours per week on average Monday to Sunday as 3 day shifts on and 3 days off. Hours are between 7.45 am and 8.00 pm on a sixweek rolling rota basis.
  • Roles involve shift work including some weekends and bank holidays.
  • Hourly rate £ depending on qualifications
