Location:
New Craigs Hospital, Leachkin road Inverness

Working Hours: 4 days out of am - 6.30pm - 30 hours per week

Contract :
Fixed Term Contract October 2023

If you've had previous experience in a food environment, this could be the job for you. Our catering team at New Craigs Hospital are looking for an Assistant Cook to welcome onboard.

From preparing and serving meals, to maintaining a tidy kitchen, you'll be a true team player and share the highest standards in cleanliness, food safety and hygiene.

Your new role:

What you'll do:

Ensure that a good quality of food is produced
Health and safety procedures are correctly and fully understood and implemented
To cover kitchen supervisor role when required
Stock management / control of waste
Customer liaison
Maintaining high standards of service/ and service level agreements
Takes pride in delivering a quality service to meet customer needs.
Can motivate and enable others to achieve Robertson's business objectives

What you'll need:

You will have previous experience in a Food Service environment and aptitude to work effectively in a fast-paced catering operation.
