Do you have previous experience in customer service and exceptional organisational skills?

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Processing both purchases and sales.
  • Call handling with energetic and excellent customer service
  • Restocking of the picking areas as and when required.
  • Liaising with warehouse staff to ensure the smooth and timely operation of the business.
  • Answering and raising queries with customers
  • Answering and raising queries with suppliers
  • Support external sales team and their customers

Desirable skills:

  • Be selfmotivated and task driven
  • Be capable of working quickly and to a deadline
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • IT literate
