Do you have previous experience in customer service and exceptional organisational skills?Duties include but are not limited to:
- Processing both purchases and sales.
- Call handling with energetic and excellent customer service
- Restocking of the picking areas as and when required.
- Liaising with warehouse staff to ensure the smooth and timely operation of the business.
- Answering and raising queries with customers
- Answering and raising queries with suppliers
- Support external sales team and their customers
Desirable skills:
- Be selfmotivated and task driven
- Be capable of working quickly and to a deadline
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- IT literate
