We're looking for a Head of Quality & Compliance and Head of Legal Practice (HoLP).

Passionate about driving a business culture that ensures the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance, you will be responsible for the terms and conditions of our CLC authorisation and lead on our relationship with our regulator, PII insurer and other key stakeholders such as lenders, and lead and manage our compliance team.

Responsible for implementing, monitoring, reviewing and auditing all compliance policies, procedures and related processes and systems, you will have particular experience of dealing with AML and GDPR compliance, in the context of delivery of professional legal services.

Ultimately responsible for all supervisory policies and procedures, you will ensure conveyancing matters are appropriately conducted at all levels across the organisation to ensure that they are compliant and of the highest quality.

Accountable for keeping a record of compliance breaches, preventing and dealing with conflicts of interests and improper influence, you will lead the management of our complaints-handling procedures and ensure that they support our commitment to excellent client service.

You'll need to meet the regulator's minimum standards as an authorised person, which include being a qualified Solicitor or CLC accredited practitioner, who holds a current and valid practice licence and meet the CLC's fit and proper person requirements.
