Aberdein Considine are looking to recruit a Mortgage and Protection Administrator to join our busy financial services division based in Aberdeen supporting our Mortgage and Protection Advisers.


The Mortgage and Protection Administrator will ensure an outstanding client experience is delivered on every mortgage and protection case and will represent the firm in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working closely with up to 2 mortgage advisers
  • Ensure all dealings with clients are carried out in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ensure all supporting documentation is maintained as per the firm's procedures
  • Liaising with clients, providing updates on cases and requesting documentation as appropriate

Requirements:


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential

  • Excellent communication skills, in person, by telephone and in written form
  • Highly efficient with the ability to manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer service
  • Ability to work independently, develop solutions and solve problems

Desirable

  • Experience of working in an customer facing role
  • Understanding of the mortgage market

KNOWLEDGE

Essential

  • Broad knowledge of financial services and processes
  • Good I.T skills (Microsoft Office)

APTITUDES

Essential

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Organised
  • Ability to work on own initiative
