You will have the opportunity to be part of a small team that values your contributions and treats you as an integral part of the firm from day one.

Working on the business's marketing and branding strategy, where high-quality and engaging content is King and distribution is Queen, we are looking for someone with proven marketing skills, with evidence of producing outstanding content over all media channels to support all aspects of the business, from transport and utilities sector marketing to recruitment strategies.

Training will be provided, but this position is suited for someone with at least three years of relevant working experience.

Main duties:

• Visit operational sites around the UK, take pictures/videos and interview site operatives to gather information.
• Draft case studies and editorials for industry publications and on the company website and internal comms.
• Manage photo and video libraries.
• Create eyecatching content designs on Canva or Adobe Spark software and liaise with external agencies.
• Support updating the company's social media channels.
• Conduct market research when required.
• Support the Marketing Director in implementing the marketing plan by highlighting Brand Awareness opportunities.
• Provide support for marketing, events, and exhibitions.

Personal specifications:

• Proven copywriting skills over multiple media formats and possesses a creative flare.
• Good understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Canva and/or Adobe Software
• Use of Adobe Photoshop an advantage
• Use of drones is an advantage (training will be provided)
• Team player, helpful and willing to learn, with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in using social media.
• Exceptional communicator
• UK driver's licence
