Step into the role of Growth Consultant, where you'll not only be an expert in App Performance Marketing tactics and strategies but also the driving force behind organizing and leading day-to-day team activities.

Your purpose extends beyond the ordinary as you become the go-to advisor for our Growth Lead on strategy and execution.

As the main technical point of contact for client communications, your role is pivotal in shaping and elevating our performance marketing endeavors to new heights.

• Provide unparalleled expertise in Performance Marketing, offering insights and strategic recommendations to our clients.
• Take charge of organizing and ensuring smooth daytoday operations within the team, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.
• Collaborate closely with the Growth Lead to develop and refine strategies that push the boundaries of performance marketing.
• Lead biweekly client meetings, not only reporting on progress but also educating clients on the nuances of strategies, ensuring they grasp the value and impact of our activities.
• Mentor and guide Growth Managers, playing a crucial role in their professional development and expertise.
• Ensure the consistent delivery of highquality services and solutions, maintaining the excellence our clients expect.
• Dive deep into monthly metrics, setting targets, analyzing trends, and identifying areas of concern or opportunity that contribute to continuous improvement.

• Showcase a proven track record in Performance Marketing tactics and strategies for Apps
• Familiarity with both app and web marketing, preferably in an agency environment
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational and mentorship skills, becoming the driving force behind daytoday team activities.
• Possess the ability to advise and collaborate with the Growth Lead on strategy and execution, bringing a unique technical perspective to client communications.
• Indepth knowledge of the mobile tracking and measurement ecosystem, including MMPs, SkAd network, events' setup, SDK, and pixel tracking.
• Proven experience leading client meetings, ensuring alignment, and educating clients on the intricacies of strategies.
• A proactive approach to stay up to speed with the latest industry trends and best practices.
