IT Recruitment Consultant

Generous basic pay plus uncapped commission

Based at the
Caterham Head Office, we are looking for an experienced
IT Specialist Recruiter who will have the opportunity of taking over a warm desk, as well as full support to grow and establish your own client base.

Hours of work:
flexible working week (8am to 5pm/9am to 6pm)

Hybrid role:
Work from home one day per week

Salary:
£25,000 to £28,000 plus commission OTE uncapped

Benefits: 20 days holiday increasing to 25 day plus Bank Holidays, regular team events

As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Generating new business through business development activities
Building sales pipelines
Account management
Advertising and marketing vacancies

Is this role for you?

A proven background working as an external Recruitment Consultant
Selfsufficient recruiter; a real selfstarter
You should be highly motivated to succeed and goal orientated
Able to multitask and keep a cool head under pressure
Effective influencing and negotiation skills
Strong communication skills
Good with video conferencing technology, such as Zoom/Team
A high level of emotional intelligence and integrity
