Main duties:

• Sourcing new athletes for placement at Universities in America.
• Evaluating athlete abilities to ensure they are at the right level to achieve their goals.
• Attending amateur sporting events.
• Request, collect and maintain up to date athlete information.
• Managing relationships with existing athletes through regular communication and support.
• Assisting with building trustworthy relationships with College coaches in the USA
• Finding athletes the perfect college fit for their skills and requirements
• Helping clients throughout the whole process of going to college in the USA on a sports scholarship

Skills required:

• Knowledge of the American collegiate system
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good time keeping skills

£18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
