A Client within the Public Sector based in South Wales is currently recruiting for an Estates Surveyor to join their team as soon as possible.


  • Experience in carrying out survey reports and experience in the building industry.
  • Ability to carry out valuations for a range of purposes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels both orally and in writing.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the legislative and statutory obligations that affect the delivery of estate management services generally and valuations specifically.
  • Knowledge of good practice in the delivery of valuation services in accordance with RICS professional standards.


The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £22 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
