- Lead post‑implementation optimisation projects to improve system performance, user experience and business process efficiency
- Identify and prioritise system enhancement opportunities based on business needs and ROI analysis
- Coordinate with technical teams to implement system upgrades, patches and configuration changesManage rollout of new modules, features and integrations to expand system capabilities
- Track decisions, project plans and outcomes from the Governance Committee
- Partner with department heads and end‑users to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Establish feedback loops to capture user requirements and system performance issues continuously
- Maintain momentum through stakeholder engagement, ensuring everyone is aware of their roles and responsibilities and shares project statuses
- Lead process standardisation initiatives across business units
- Coordinate with process owners to implement best practices and eliminate inefficiencies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and audit standards
- Manage relationships with ERP vendors, system integrators and third‑party consultants
- Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver project objectives
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for ongoing system support and enhancements
- Oversee vendor performance and service level agreements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with enterprise software implementations
- Workday HCM PM experience (minimum 2 years)
- Demonstrated experience in post‑implementation support and system optimisation
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture, modules and integration capabilities
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Knowledge of data migration, system integration and business intelligence concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with all organisational levels
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilitiesProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Leadership skills with experience managing cross‑functional teams
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of HCM, Talent, operations and supply chain processes
- Familiarity with change management frameworks and best practices
