  • Implementing financial strategies and plans to support the organisation's goals.
  • Providing financial guidance and advice to senior management and department heads.
  • Overseeing budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Identifying and implementing costsaving measures and efficiencies.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Communicating complex financial information to nonfinancial colleagues.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Participating in crossfunctional projects and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the not for profit industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to the principles of the not for profit sector.
