Permit Station Coordinator
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Permit Station Coordinator to join the team located in Salisbury.


Role Summary:

  • IT literate in MS Office and systems management software
  • Management experience in dealing with subcontractors and supply chain.
  • Previous responsibility in managing policies and systems such as H&S, QA, environmental and corporate while complying with current and appropriate legislation and standards.
  • Able to coordinate and manage multiple projects/works endtoend across a diverse portfolio of multisite facilities.
  • Experience of contractor/supply chain selection and general procurement processes.
  • Proven track record in the development of positive contractor/Client relations and communications
  • Experience Required:
  • Previous Health and Safety Experience
  • Experience of working in high profile work environment
  • Current UKL driver's license
  • PC literate
  • Good Customer relationship skills
  • Understand and interpret technical drawings/instructions / processes
  • Able to organise self to manage assigned tasks, determine material requirements
  • Experience of H & S procedures & requirements. COSHH, Working at Heights, Risk Assessment etc
  • Must be willing to work over & above contractual hours
  • Valid formal Health & Safety qualification e.g. IOSH or NEBOSH
  • Formal Training in some or all of the following
  • HTM02 Medical Gas Pressure Systems (MGPS)
  • HTM03 Heating & Ventilation (HVAC) (potentially local rules or ACDP guidance)
  • HTM04 Water Hygiene (or ACOP L8) HTM06 Electrical Low Voltage (or JSP)
  • HTM06 Electrical High Voltage (or JSP) Steam & Pressure Systems (PSSR) (or JSP)
