We are on the hunt for a seasoned Senior Consultant to support the definition, delivery and implementation of projects for CSX clients and CSX itself.


What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the design and engagement thinking to stimulate ideas and innovations around ITIL/ ITSM/ ESM practices and platforms (g. ServiceNow) to enhance service capabilities across customer organisations
  • Representing CSX ESM capabilities and insights to customers, industry forums, and internal teams
  • Creating and managing internal and external products from inception through delivery and continuous service improvement
  • Engaging client stakeholders successfully and positively and being open to exploring with them any further help they may require;
  • The identification, planning and coordination of a set of related projects within a programme of business change, to manage their interdependencies in support of specific business strategies and objectives.
  • The maintenance of a strategic view over a project or projects, providing the framework for implementing business initiatives, or largescale change, by conceiving, maintaining and communicating a vision of the outcome of the programme and associated benefits. (The vision, and the means of achieving it, may change as the programme progresses).
  • Provide SME expertise regarding process, tools, organisation, governance, management reporting.

What you'll need:

  • Thought leadership and extensive experience in solving IT Service Management and stability issues.
  • Experience in performing capability/maturity assessments across people, process, technology, and governance.
  • Experience and ability in designing deploying new organisational structures and models, including the preparation of role definitions, training requirements and onboarding procedures.
  • Experience in definition and deployment of various capabilities (g. request fulfilment, automation) capabilities in support of ESM
  • An extensive knowledge of process and procedure definition, programme and project management, the ability to lead workshops and build consensus, a competency in data modelling and CMDB definition
