An independent Chartered Surveyors is seeking a highly motivated Graduate Valuation Surveyor to join their growing team in Suffolk.

The Graduate Valuation Surveyor role

The Graduate Valuation Surveyor will join a well-established property consultancy who operate across the UK, working on residential valuations proving clear, informed, unbiased and accurate advice to all clients.

Joining a growing team of 10, the Graduate Valuation Surveyor will be provided with support throughout and training needed to successfully pas your APC.

The Graduate Valuation Surveyor

Relevant degree in Real Estate
Knowledge of valuations and residential property
Ability to manage multiple project and deal with a variety of work
Desire to become RICS qualified
Full UK driving licence
Ability to manage a high volume of work and manage tie

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum
