TRAINEE Sales Negotiator - Tonbridge, Kent - Salary: Basic £17,000 OTE £25K
Our clients business is firmly founded on the traditional values of professional integrity and discretion together with local knowledge.
They are locally renowned, dominating the property markets in the Tonbridge and surrounding villages. Due to continued growththey are now looking for a trainee sales negotiator to join the team.
They will offer you full on job training in all aspects of Estate Agency.
Duties

  • Responsible for maintaining excellent communication with clients at all times
  • Viewings
  • Tying up deals/offers
  • Responsible for generating new business
  • Responsible for some Sales Negotiation
  • Canvassing
Hours of work pm Mon to Friday and 9 to 5 pm on a Saturday.

  • You will work a five day week and a day in lieu will given when a Saturday is worked. It is expected you will work 12 Saturdays a month
