E-commerce Manager


In a highly competitive market, LØCI stands out as a serious challenger and is looking for the right person to join the Ecommerce team and help drive the brand towards its global ambitions.


The Role:


We are seeking a driven and focused individual with a wealth of Ecommerce experience, ideally with expertise in Shopify Plus.

With your excellent analytical skills and ability to translate insights into action, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:


Delivery of the annual direct to consumer Ecommerce P&L and activation plans:

  • Deliver annual KOI targets: sales, traffic, returning customer rate, conversion rate, average order value
  • Own the plan and proactively recommend course corrections as appropriate
  • Analyse performance with regular reporting of key actions and recommendations
  • Collaborate with sales, customer services, marketing and management to understand results (e.g. ROI) and develop recommendations for future activities based on insights
  • Recommend channelspecific promotions as necessary in delivery of targets
  • Test, learn and optimise with a customercentric approach

Ownership of website:


  • Ownership of development roadmap working closely with the business to improve customer experience and increase revenue
  • Maintain regular quality assurance testing of the website performance, guaranteeing peak functionality and promptly resolving any technical issues
  • Manage all apps/systems/integrations/APIs, building relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • Continuously review and optimise website to drive conversion and represent the brand, in line with promotion/activation plans
  • Ownership of new product launches maximising the potential of the NPD pipeline
  • Troubleshoot issues as and when they arise

Deliver exceptional customer service

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and experience from the point of landing on the site through to point of delivery
  • Work with the operations team to manage stock and online product availability. Be an internal expert on digital, adding value to all stakeholders

Skills & Experience:


  • Dedicated, hardworking with the desire to be hands on
  • Driven and target focussed, able to set own agenda while working under pressure
  • Significant experience managing ecommerce in other businesses
  • Significant experience of Shopify Plus (and confident in being the 'goto')
  • Proficient with Google Analytics & other analytics tools
  • Data-

Driven Optimisation:
Expertise in website optimisation (CRO) and optimising user experience with a focus on conversion rate improvement

  • Selfsufficient and able to operate effectively and solve problems without close supervision
  • Strong commercial acumen, with good understanding of P&L
  • Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate analysis into action
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • An interest in fashion/apparel/footwear
