Production Operative - Sawmill

Must have a driving licence and own transport
A family-owned sawmill is looking to add a new member to the team. No previous experience is necessary although a good attitude to work and a willingness to get involved is essential. Long-term temporary position to permanent.

You will need to be physically fit to work taking full trees through to machined timber. Full training and support will be on offer, although given the environment you will need to be able to work things out on your own and get the job done

You will be engaged to utilise woodworking machinery, by being trained to do so in the first place. This can be a dangerous environment unless you are aware and careful of these dangers. What is most important is your willingness to work hard.

Monday - Friday and £11.00/hr
