Description

The key responsibilities of the Administrator are:

  • Filing and scanning documents
  • Booking appointments
  • Diary management
  • Inputting data
  • Taking calls

Profile

The successful Administrator will have:

  • Confidence in their use of systems
  • Experience in answering the phone
  • Be immediately available

Job Offer

The successful administrator will be offered:

  • 3 month contract with chance to be extended
- £11 an hour

  • Immediate start date
