Description

Responsibilities:


  • Analyse drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates.
  • Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing information for use in estimates.
  • Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
  • Research and analyse historical data to develop reliable cost estimates for future projects.

Salary:
£31,189.58-£74,038.38 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- estimating: 4 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:
