Teaching Assistant

Bridlewood Primary School are seeking enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to join our professional and supportive team, who can bring with them ideas, energy and enthusiasm. This role will involve working 1:1 with pupils in KS1 or KS2, as well as an opportunity to lead interventions.

We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant with class-based experience who can:

lead by example

- communicate effectively
- place children and young people at the core of their work
- have an understanding of how children learn
- have high expectations of attainment and behaviour
- demonstrate flexibility
- have a good sense of humour

Start date:1st September 2023

Salary range:
£20,620 to £21,517 FTE dependent upon experience

Hours: 12.5 hours per week

Monday to Friday 1.00 to 3.30pm

0.28 FTE

Working weeks: 38 weeks + 2 days (term time plus two INSET days)

Closing date: 8th July 2023
