Job summary
The Relief Leisure Assistant is responsible for supervising facilities and users, providing first aid and lifesaving training. They also teach swimming classes and promote a positive workplace culture.- Actively promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture that supports the Charity's purpose of Making Life Better and i-care values to increase morale, productivity and performance.
- Maintain physical and lifesaving training at the level required to comply with current Health & Safety regulations.
