JOB PURPOSE:
Join the newly formed Nutrition DMC (Digital Marketing, Media and dCommerce) team for UKI (UK & Ireland) and help us grow the business together The DMC is responsible for a consistent and end-to-end consumer experience across all touchpoints - a new and fully integrated team that will set the business up to take full advantage of the growth opportunities offered by the convergence of media, digital marketing, and dCommerce.

The dCommerce team in the Nutrition DMC is the interface between Marketing, Digital & Media and CSP (Customer Strategy & Planning).
This team defines the dCommerce strategy and drives the perfect execution via portfolio & content building (with Marketing), performance marketing activities planning (with Media).
This role requires expertise and a thirst for winning work in dCommerce.This role will anchor dCommerce analytics agenda for UKI, generate end-to-end view of dCommerce performance and continuously optimize the dCommerce path-to-purchase.
This role will provide insights at item level profitability, market basket analysis, sales velocity, evaluation of promotional & merchandising activities, ROAS analysis, share of search, and more.
The role sits within the team of UKI Nutrition DMC.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect, clean, and analyse large amounts of customer and consumer data to understand shopping behaviour, diagnose sales performance and growth opportunities.
- Leverage multiple sources of data (category, shopper behaviour, baskets) to develop reliable, actionable insights
- Lead, define and implement approaches to optimize shopper discovery, selection, and conversion, defining points of friction for optimisation
- Evolve and manage the design, development, and maintenance of metrics, business reports, and dashboards to drive key business decisions and ensure that KPIs are being met
- Generate E2E view of dCommerce performance and take steps to optimize returns.
- Support organisational upskilling: drive best in class capabilities and help to build a datadriven decisions culture

ALL ABOUT YOU:
- Has strong project management skills, can lead multifunctional projects and has a track record of delivering at pace
- Proficient in collecting, cleaning, and analysing large amounts of customer & consumer data to drive actionable insights and to support business decisions
- Strong verbal/written COMMs, negotiation, and presentation skills across the business
- Experience in leveraging data & analytics to improve the customer & consumer experience
- Understanding of the dComm landscape, channels, and emerging business models such as rapid delivery
- Fluency in English
