Looking for a career in Childcare?_

We are a large Day Nursery where children learn and explore, both indoors and outdoors.

We have a vacancy for an apprentice who wants to pursue a career in Childcare and outdoor learning.

The successful applicant will be registered with Calderdale College to complete an 'Advanced Apprenticeship Early Educator. The training will be delivered via the workplace with a tutor from college visiting you on a regular basis.

In addition to this, you will have a workplace mentor who is available to support you throughout your training and subsequent employment.

During your training, you will have the opportunity to gain experience working with children aged 0-5 years. Many apprentices successfully complete their Level 3 training and then continue onto Higher Level Education training.

Please note that minimum age for this vacancy is 18 years as you will be required to work 10 hour shifts, 3 or 4 days per week.
We would be happy to speak to any potential applicants and arrange visits to the nursery as appropriate.

You will have the opportunity to speak to other professionals who have been through the training programme and now work as qualified or senior staff.
