Due to continued expansion in Yorkshire and growth in the North-East region a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our outstanding Sales team.

You will be an integral part of our Sales team and your role will focus on coordinating sales procedures including the production of the sales areas and site and plot marketing material.

You will be responsible for delivering all marketing activity the sales team have responsibility for as already agreed and outlined by our marketing department.

You will work closely with our Brand team and play an integral role in project managing the design and production of our Sales Area and Showhomes.

As sales coordinator you will also have administrative responsibilities and you will provide support to the Head of Sales as required.

The role will be based at our Head Office in Leeds and will cover sites both in Yorkshire and the North-East.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for delivering all marketing activity the sales team have responsibility for as already agreed and outlined by marketing
  • Coordinate sales signage including artwork and installation ensuring consistency with our Brand identity
  • Work closely with internal departments to create clear and agreed plans for the sales areas and then manage the sales area set up process from technical handover to show home delivery using the appropriate systems and processes
  • Liase with interior designer on the design and installation of marketing suites and showhomes
  • Closely monitor the sales budget by obtaining quotes for all works and get approval from Sales Manager to ensure projects are delivered within budget
  • Produce documentation to support new processes or system changes and communicate any changes to the sales team as appropriate
  • Provide support to the Head of Sales as required including production of supporting reports
  • Respond to information requests from Sales Advisors and other colleagues as appropriate
  • Ensure sales team have all literature required for opening of sales areas including brochures, specifications, drawings, stationery etc

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, customer service and marketing
  • Knowledge of the house building industry
  • IT literate, confident using a variety of systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Methodical and able to demonstrate high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent project management skills
