My client, a highly well regarding and top 100 law firm are looking for an ambitious Property Solicitor to work in their Real Estate department.

This role is based at this firms central Manchester office, although flexible home working is available.
The role will involve assisting in the acquisition and disposal of sites for the purposes of residential development.

Working on the site set up of residential development schemes and drafting documentation, assisting with infrastructure and planning agreements,as well as residential investment acquisitions and disposals in addition to Managing a caseload of ground rent acquisitions.

The Salary on offer for this Residential Conveyancer role negotiable DOE ranging from £45,000-£60,000 with flexible working, 25 days holiday and additional holiday purchase scheme also available, package also includes a fantastic staff perks attributed to atop tier law firm.
