About Our Client:


Page Personnel are supporting a large, UK-wide Charity based in Derby with the appointment of a HR Advisor for a circa 6 month interim role to join a busy HR team.

This role can consider applicants looking for Circa 30-37hrs/week


This role is a hybrid role - you will be expected to visit the Head-Office or other UK Site Circa 1 or 2 times per week - this can be Derby or other locations around the UK.


Applicants will be consider living outside the Derby area but you must be prepared to visit the Head office in Derby as business needs require.


Reporting to a HR Business Partner, the role of HR Advisor is a busy and fast-paced position, you will support with various people matters for allocated business units around the UK.


Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Dealing with high-volume and varied employee relations casework up to dismissal
  • you will take full responsibility for providing first-class HR Advise in a timely matter
  • Support stakeholders by providing HR Advise on HR policies and procedures
  • Up skill line managers to deal with people matters effectively
  • Support the HRBPs with updating policies and procedures accordingly
  • Gather and analyse HR data

The Successful Applicant:

You will be confident at leading a wide variety of employee relations casework.


What's on Offer:

Starting salary £36,505

After 6 month probation, this increases to £37,880
