Role Description


As a Product Owner, you'll work in our Product Team, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, defining and delivering a product roadmap that delivers our business goals.

You'll work on our core price comparison service, driving it forward to deliver an excellent experience to our users and our partners.


Role Responsibilities
- _
Develop a product roadmap_, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, to innovate and create new functionality and features. Make sure your roadmap delivers business value and aligns with our strategy and business goals.
- _
Communicate the roadmap_, so all the business is clear where we're heading.
- _
Manage and deliver the roadmap_ setting sprint goals and prioritising the backlog.
- _
Gather requirements, _working closely with your stakeholders, business analysts, UX team and tech team defining business requirements, scope, impact and dependencies in prep for creating Epics and user stories.
- _
Create user stories_, ensuring all user stories are captured, created and maintained in the product backlog, written in a user story format, with relevant support documentation and clearly defined acceptance criteria for each story.

Work with the scrum team_ to deliver the product roadmap, ensuring the team knows what needs to be done, when it needs to be done and why. Be on hand to support and answer questions during development.

Plan and monitor releases_, work with the scrum team to deliver stable releases and communicate with stakeholders and the wider business around product enhancements and releases.

Communicate progress and performance_,provide product updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.

Continuously improve your product, _understanding, communicating and driving optimisation of all leading metrics and KPIs.

  • You have a proven track record of Product Ownership in an agile environment.
  • You've strong experience of working successfully in Scrum.
  • You're commercially astute.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You have a willingness to roll your sleeves up, you'll be able to seamlessly move from devising a strategy to writing tickets, delivery and analysing results.
  • You'll have an infectious passion and enthusiasm, able to easily motivate and engage people around you.
  • You'll have a growth mindset, always looking for how you can improve.
  • You're a great team player, always willing to much in with what's needed.
  • You'll have analytical and problemsolving skills, with great attention to detail.

Salary:
£40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
