We are seeking an energetic, passionate Part-Time Retail Artist with a passion for clean, luxury beauty to educate clients on Gucci Westman's makeup philosophy while providing the highest level of client experience.

• Provide welcoming, personalised, professional service to all customers at all times
• Provide shade recommendations and assist customers with product selection
• Stay up to date on Westman Atelier products and education; Uphold brand guidelines
• Attend and actively participate in training meetings, virtual or atcounter, as provided by the Sales and Education Team; implement learnings on the job
• Practice proper hygiene guidelines when demonstrating products on clients
• Maintain consistent and effective clienteling and followup
• Achieve all targets and KPIs
• AUS and IPT
• Record and report all OOS to manager; follow up to ensure timely replenishment
• Maintain cleanliness of counter and taster units/testers

• Previous retail industry experience, specifically within the beauty industry preferred
• Previous makeup artistry or luxury skincare experience preferred, however, we welcome applicants who are creative, excited, and eager to learn
• Must be able to follow brand and retailer image guidelines at all times
• Must be able to work fully flexible retail hours, including: days, nights, weekends, and special events
