Accountancy Practice specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on an Accounts Semi Senior opportunity on behalf of an award winning firm in Colchester.


You will be working with a diverse client base and duties will include the preparation of year-end statutory accounts, corporation tax computations, handling client queries and attending client meetings.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
Corporation tax computations
Management accounts preparation
Preparation/ review of VAT returns & bookkeeping
Liaising with HMRC
Mentoring trainees/ junior staff
Visiting clients at their premises
Dealing with client queries


Requirements:

ACA/ ACCA Student/ Part Qualified
AAT Qualified
Practice experience is essential
Good double entry bookkeeping and accounts prep skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
