Based in Coventry our client offers flexible working with free parking on site

As part of the Credit Controller Role, your duties will involve:

  • Managing debt collection on multiple customer accounts
  • Handling account queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Running credit reports for new accounts
  • Maintain the internal customer database
  • Taking customer payments over the phone
  • Filing and archiving finance paperwork
  • General office administrative duties to support the wider team

The Successful Applicant:


  • Previous Credit Control Experience
  • Immediately available
  • Valid Right To Work
  • UK
  • Resilience and ability to work well under pressure
