Description

Responsibilities will include:

  • Building and managing a strong network of relevant contacts within asset management, focusing on individuals within sales, relationship management, marketing and productrelated roles
  • Proactively developing existing and new relationships with line managers and HR teams at target investment managers
  • Managing a fullcycle recruitment process from inception to completion
  • Managing complexity, change, expectations, negotiations etc. within a business environment
  • Working within a team to deliver on business targets
  • Effectively demonstrating company best practices and promoting brand awareness

Preferred skills & competencies:

  • 1 to 5 years' experience within recruitment
  • Asset management experience beneficial but not required
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and selfmotivated attitude towards work
  • Strong account management skills
  • Excellent communication skills oral and written
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • Emotional intelligence and superior ability to manage complexity
  • Strong team player
  • Creative thinker
  • Excellent project and process management skills
  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite
