The Role:

To provide a stimulating, safe environment for young children, supporting their developing
Plan, prepare and implement play programs that develop learning and social skills in line with Ofsted requirements, always ensuring quality childcare
Assist in the planning, preparation and running of activities, including team games, sports and arts and crafts activities to provide a varied safe and stimulating play environment both indoors and outdoors
To consult with the children and encourage their involvement in the planning of daytoday activities
To assist in preparing nutritional snacks for the children; ensuring that snack times are pleasant, sociable, and orderly

Requirements:

23 years' experience of working in a childcare environment or with children is desirable
Be available for work Monday-Friday, pm
A keen willingness to learn which essential
Level 2 or 3 CACHE childcare qualification (or working towards one or willing to train towards this
Either live in Ealing or within a commutable distance
