The Team
The Recruitment Operations Team are responsible for the recruitment and onboarding administration service to applicants and hiring managers. They ensure the relevant systems, processes, and policies are in place with a focus on continuous improvement.

The teamwork alongside the Talent Acquisition Team providing support and together they form the Recruitment function within the HR Department.

The role reports to the Recruitment Operations Team Lead and will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities.

  • All team members are expected to promote, lead, and represent the company brand, values, and culture.

The Role

As a Recruitment Administrator with XPS you will:
Responding to incoming recruitment telephone enquiries.

  • Liaise with Recruitment Coordinators and the Talent Acquisition team to support with administrative aspects of the recruitment and onboarding processes which will include:
  • Following up on outstanding vetting reports to ensure they are received in a timely manner
  • Updating the requisition aspects of the recruitment system (iTrent)
  • Escalate queries/issues to Recruitment Coordinators, Talent Acquisition Specialist and Recruitment Operations Team Lead where required
  • Checking Invoices for new starters from agencies and monthly vetting invoices
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes e.g., team meetings and meetings with key stakeholders

Your profile

Essential Criteria

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective time management skills: including strong organisational and prioritisation skills, as well as the ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience of working in a customer service environment
