Aspire People are currently recruiting for School Business Managers to work in fantastic Primary, Secondary and SEN Schools across Leicester.

The successful applicant will have strong experience working as a School Business Manager or within a senior financerelated position within education.

The schools are looking for somebody who has the drive and ambition to aid the schools in achieving outstanding status by the end of each academic year.

The positions will be temporary, working Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00a.m. And 5:00p.m.
Aspire People are an established education agency who have a fantastic reputation across the Leicester area.

We have been providing non-teaching staff for over 10 years and have built excellent an excellent relationship with the selected school.

As a full time Business Manager, the school will expect you to essentially perform as if you were a permanent member of staff.

You will be expected to
« Attend Senior Management/Leadership Team, full Governing Body and appropriate Governors' sub-committee meetings
« Negotiate and influence strategic decision making within the school's Senior Management/Leadership Team
« In the absence of the Head Teacher, take delegated responsibility for Financial and other decisions
« Plan and manage change in accordance with the school development/strategic plan.
« To lead and manage all school support staff
