, Permanent**The internationally oriented maintenance and further development of procurement-specific processes as well as their IT-technical support through tools and systems are an important component for the further automation and digitalization of the procurement processes for the RWE Group. You will actively contribute to ensure that the requirements of the RWE Group subsidiaries will be purchased in an optimized way through high-performance processes and that the purchasing department works efficiently, effectively and in compliance with regulations.
Your future plans:
- Harmonization of existing and development of new procurement processes with an international focus on largely automated processes for consumer in the renewable and conventional sectors
- Mapping of processes in SAP and other purchasing tools
- Control/coordination of supplier contacts for catalogues
- Onboarding of suppliers to RWE catalogues
- To absorb current developments outside our Group and comparison with existing solutions in the RWE Group to derive effective, creative and digital solutions together in the team and with the operational buyers
- Supporting the operational purchasing teams and management in the implementation of new processes
- Establishing a stable network with the operational purchasing teams and purchasing stakeholders
- Participation in and management of strategic projects for the further development of international purchasing in the Group
Your profile:
- Completed university degree in business, economics or engineering studies
- High affinity for processes as well as tools and systems and several years of experience in their design and implementation
- Indepth experience in the analysis, optimization and digitalization of processes and the introduction of supporting systems
- Indepth knowledge of process automation in purchasing as well as catalogue procurement and relevant tools
- Ideally knowledge of SAP and other purchasingrelated tools such as MyFutura and IntegrityNext
- Strong methodical and analytical skills
- Confident appearance, conflict management skills with a strong solution orientation
- High level of teamwork, social and communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Fluent in German and English
