To join a diverse and motivated team in a fast paced and at times pressured clinical environment.You will be based at Caludon Centre ( central base) for AMHAT who serve George Eliot Hospital, UHCW and SWFT Hospital sites to provide mental health assessment and support to the general hospital patients.
To provide efficient and at times creative secretarial and administrative support to the Arden Mental Health Acute Team, adhering to procedures and processes within service timescales, whilst operating within a busy and demanding environment.
Please note many Trust interviews take place through Microsoft Teams, this can be downloaded either through the App Store or Google Play for use on your phone/tablet.
Provide an administrative service for Arden Mental ~Health Acute Team including: word-processing, drafting, producing and proof reading for example meeting notes, reports, letters and business documents from either audio, digital dictation or copy sources.
Undertake general office duties as required including filing, photocopying, collating and distributing information, receipt and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
Maintain spread sheets and databases including the production of regular information reports
Be responsible for organising and servicing meetings / events as required, including room bookings, taking accurate notes, transcription and circulation as appropriate
Procurement - order stationery, clinical supplies, uniforms and equipment stock
Use own initiative to meet tight deadlines

Ability to navigate confidently all Trust used clinical systems such as Carenotes and Trust BCP
Experience of using Rostering systems.
